Professional Experience

Kyle Wuepper’s practice emphasizes business and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, choice of entity and business formations, securities regulation and taxation. Kyle regularly advises his clients on corporate governance, raising capital, corporate finance and various other matters related to their day-to-day legal requirements.

Kyle joined Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis in 2006. He was previously with Stoel Rives, LLP in Portland, Oregon, from 2000-2006, where he maintained a broad corporate practice, with an emphasis on securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other tax-motivated transactions.
