Kyle Wuepper joined Bryant Lovlien & Jarvis in 2006. Kyle's practice emphasizes
business and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, choice of entity and
business formations, securities regulation and taxation. Kyle regularly advises his clients on corporate governance, raising capital, corporate finance and various other matters related to their day-to-day legal requirements.
Kyle is a member of the Business Law, Real Estate & Land Use, Securities and Taxation sections of the Oregon State Bar. He is the author of "Piercing the Corporate Veil: A Comparison of Contract Versus Tort Claimants Under Oregon Law," 78 Oregon Law Review 347 (1999); and co-author of "Private Placement of Securities," Advising Oregon Businesses (2001).
Kyle received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1999, where he served as Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review, and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2000. Kyle was a member of the Leadership Bend Class of 2008 and he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Nature of Words.
In
2009 Kyle was named a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics magazine, a
distinction that recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high
degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Kyle was previously with Stoel Rives, LLP in Portland, Oregon from 2000-2006.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys running, cycling, skiing and traveling. He and his wife have two children.
