Neil Bryant joined the firm in 1973. His practice areas include business law, estate planning, tax law, labor/management, water and real
estate law.

Neil has an extensive background in the field of law and was elected to the State Senate in 1992. In 1995, Neil received the Outstanding Freshman Legislator award. In 1998, the National Republican Legislators Association presented him with the Outstanding Legislator Award. He served two terms in the Senate and chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee for six years. Neil is the lobbyist for the Oregon University System and the Chancellor's Office.

Neil has been active in the Oregon State Bar for 35 years. He has served on the Executive Committee of several Bar sections. Currently, Neil serves on the following boards: Oregon Progress Board and the High Desert Museum. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of conferences and programs.

Neil earned his law degree from Willamette University School of Law after attaining his undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Neil is a member and past president of the Greater Bend Rotary and past president and current member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, golf, tennis, and skiing. He and his wife, Mary, enjoy their two children and six grandchildren.
