Kyle Wuepper joined Bryant Lovlien & Jarvis in 2006.
Kyle's practice emphasizes business and real estate transactions, mergers and
acquisitions, choice of entity and business formations, securities
regulation and taxation.
Kyle is a member of the
Business, Securities and Taxation sections of the Oregon State Bar.
He is the author of "Piercing the Corporate Veil: A Comparison of
Contract Versus Tort Claimants Under Oregon Law," 78 Oregon Law Review
347 (1999); and co-author of "Private Placement of Securities," Advising
Oregon Businesses (2001).
Kyle received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1999,
where he served as Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review, and LL.M. in
Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2000. Kyle was
a member of the
Leadership
Bend Class of 2008 and is a member of the Business Law, Real Estate,
Land use, and Taxation sections of the
Oregon State Bar.
Kyle was previously
with Stoel Rives, LLP in Portland, Oregon.
In his spare time, Kyle
enjoys running, cycling, skiing and traveling. He and his wife
have two children.
