Mark Reinecke joined Bryant Lovlien & Jarvis in 1996 and became a partner in 2000 after practicing law in Bend since 1991. Mark is a civil litigation attorney representing clients involved in business and real property disputes, collection matters, contested wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships and a variety of water issues including permitting, adjudications, legislation and general counsel for irrigation districts. Mark has represented clients in more than half of Oregon's 36 counties and before the Oregon Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon.
Mark graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He earned his law degree in 1991 at Washington & Lee University in Virginia. Mark is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Bend and past president of the Cascade Festival of Music and Mt. Bachelor Rotary Club. Mark enjoys cycling, skiing, and coaching lacrosse.
Mark and his wife, Melissa, have two children, a son, Griffin, and a daughter, Lila.
