BLJ civil litigation attorney Danielle Lordi recently teamed up with Legal Aid Services of Oregon to co-present to the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association on the topic of Assistance Animals in rental housing. As part of Danielle’s general civil litigation practice, she frequently advises property managers and landlords on all aspects of Oregon’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act and on federal and state Fair Housing and discrimination laws.
