James A. Fraser focuses his practice on business, real estate, and land use. James represents clients in transactional work, and is experienced in drafting contracts, real estate documents, and other business agreements.
In law school, James co-authored two published law review articles on land use issues in the Pacific Northwest. He was also awarded the Trillium Grant Scholarship for scholastic achievement, and the Steven Manas Memorial Scholarship for his involvement in the natural resources law program and demonstrated interest in the success of fellow students.
