PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Brett Kempski’s practice focuses primarily on business, real estate, construction, and municipal transactions. With a degree in Business Administration and working experience in public accounting, Brett brings a distinct blend of legal acumen and financial expertise to his practice, making him adept at handling a diverse array of complex transactions for his clients.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Brett served as a Senior Assurance Associate at PwC, where he helped lead several large corporate engagements and contributed to two successful IPOs. While in law school, Brett demonstrated exemplary negotiation skills by winning his law school’s negotiation competition in consecutive years and advancing as a finalist at the American Bar Association’s regional negotiation competition.

Outside of the office, Brett is a competitive powerlifter where he holds state records and has won state championships in California and Washington. Brett enjoys spending time with his wife (Megan), son (Beau), and their dog (Ollie) whether it be watching a Packers game or experiencing the incredible outdoor adventures that Central Oregon has to offer.
