PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Brooke Olsen focuses her practice on civil litigation. She represents clients involved in real estate, business, and employment disputes, as well as foreclosures, collections matters, and contested wills and trusts. Prior to moving to Bend, she practiced civil litigation in Salem, Oregon, where she represented municipalities and businesses in a variety of civil disputes. Brooke’s other experience includes a clerkship with the Superior Court for the State of Alaska, a judicial externship with the Oregon Court of Appeals, and an internship with the City of Bend legal department.
Brooke graduated from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is a member of both the Oregon and Alaska Bar Associations.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys swimming and spending time in the outdoors with her daughter and husband.
